Industry Awareness Event – Integrated Review Artificial Intelligence Overview.
Defence Science & Technology, Dstl and Crown Commercial Services are jointly holding an industry event on June 10th 2021 from 12pm – 1:30pm.
Following the Integrated Review earlier this year, there have been mandates for new research projects issued by DST across a number of technical areas, including Artificial Intelligence. Although planning against these mandates is at a very early stage, we wanted to take this opportunity to share some of the themes that are emerging. We hope that this event will provide you with some of the high level technical context.
In addition, we plan to highlight some of the commercial routes that may be used to place this work with the supplier community over the coming months, and years. We are keen to grow the Defence and Security AI supply base and will be driving this in a unified way, alongside our colleagues in Crown Commercial Services.
